Ingredients
1 pound long, thin green beans
3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper to taste
¼ cup panko bread crumbs — any variety
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Rinse and trim green beans.
Place beans into a mixing bowl, and pour the remaining ingredients on top of the green beans.
Using clean hands or tongs, toss the ingredients together until well coated.
Spread out on in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until green beans are a little crispy around the edges.
